1.  Videos on living by faith in future grace by John Piper.  A seminar he did recently.  This is basically an attempt at an in depth look at how sanctification really looks according to the Bible.

2.  Counseling and Narnia.  This video is short, about ten minutes.  It comes from CCEF, which is a legit group on Christian Counseling.  If you search them on the web, they have hundreds of short little videos on a lot of really practical problems in people's lives.
